Elizabeth Burge 30 Day Volunteer Volunteer Coordinator Candidate Charlotte, NC

Elizabeth Burge is a native North Carolinian who makes her home in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.  Since 2003, Elizabeth has devoted her free time to caring for animals on a regular basis and worked with dogs in various capacities.  Elizabeth has extensive experience with fundraising, marketing, volunteer/member management and retention in nonprofit organizations, including breed rescues and animal shelters.  Elizabeth has a Masters in Science in Nonprofit Management and Leadership and has served as an Assistant Volunteer Coordinator and Foster Coordinator for animal related nonprofits.

Elizabeth enjoys dog walking, supporting animal care/welfare organizations, and dog training in her spare time.  Elizabeth shares her home with her miniature schnauzer in the Charlotte area.

I am excited about working with Elizabeth because of her passion for animals and great education and experience with non profits. I expect she will be a significant asset to our team and enjoyable to work with. Elizabeth is beginning her 30 Day Fundraiser on 10/05/12 and has not yet set a goal.
