Humane Agency Emergency Assistance Program
The APA SPCA Humane Agency Emergency Assistance Program offers assistance when it is needed most.
This assistance can be in the form of providing training to foster care providers, fielding barking dog, or irresponsible pet owner complaints or, when available, financial assistance.
